Renewal requirements changed effective October 1, 2021

Educational requirements are below for salespersons and broker-salespersons.

At least 18 of the 36 hours must be taken through live instruction - either classroom or live streaming (link to live streaming CE sponsors).

Salespersons' education requirements are as follows:
36 hours of continuing education is required with proof of completion submitted to the Division:  

- 3 hours Agency
- 6 hours Contracts
- 3 hours Ethics
- 3 hours Nevada Law
- 3 hours Risk Reduction
- 18 Hours General

Broker-Salespersons' education requirements are as follows:

36 hours of continuing education is required with proof of completion submitted to the Division
- 3 hours Agency
- 6 hours Contracts
- 3 hours Ethics
- 3 hours Nevada Law
- 3 hours Risk Reduction
- 6 hours Broker Management
- 12 Hours General
